My fantastic client based in Cheltenham are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and making sure their requirements are met.
-Full responsibility for designated UK, European and International customers
-Answering professionally any incoming phone calls with good communications skills
-Receiving, processing and acknowledging customer purchase orders as well as any associated shipping documentation required for any non-UK shipments
-Ensuring all customer enquiries or requests are dealt with as efficiently as possible
-Tracking customer orders from receipt through to delivery
-Control of customer stocking agreements and call off orders
-Excellent customer service experience is essential
-Previous knowledge of a manufacturing or supply chain environment would be advantage but not necessary
-Strong organisational skills
-Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary- £19,000-£23,000 + Parking onsite!
