We have an excellent opportunity for an Interiors Stylist / Production Planner, to join the team of an award-winning independent home interior brands based in Bracknell, Berkshire.  This is a hybrid role and a minimum of 3 days per week will be spent in the Bracknell office. About the role
The position of Interiors Stylist / Production Planner is a diverse role, supporting both the studio and the showroom.  It’s a great opportunity to be involved in some of the most exciting and creative areas of the business. The primary function of the role is that of a stylist and production planner. Within your remit you’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating concepts for product shoots, quarterly campaigns, supporting social and creating mood boards that support the overall business and brand outputs while taking into consideration the commercial goals
  • Having ownership of the planning and execution of all shoots including photo and video, both in the in-house studio as well as sourcing for location shoots
  • Being responsible for the overall styling and visual merchandising of our clients’ showroom

As a growing contemporary furniture brand the creative Interiors Stylist / Production Planner would report to the Creative Brand Manager and work within a team of creatives. The creative brand team are instrumental in driving the brand vision forward.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design and product team for all new product launches and collections. 
  • Photoshoot planning tasks including sourcing locations, organising assistants in coordinating product deliveries, maintaining shoot kit, prop store and sample storage.
  • Art direction and styling photoshoots.
  • Using your knowledge of the product range, stock density and sell through to influence decision making in the showroom. 
  • Having a eye for content across all platforms and how to elevate the brand. 

About the rewards 
For the role of Interiors Stylist / Production Planner, there is on offer:

  • A salary of up to £40,000 to £43,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and 1 extra day for each year at the company

About you
To be successful for the role of Interiors Stylist / Production Planner, you’ll have the following experience,:

  • A good level of education, ideally a degree in styling / design / interiors
  • Extensive styling experience and know what it takes to create a great image
  • Visual merchandising experience within a retail environment
  • Understanding the different marketing social channels to support campaigns 
  • Confident to represent the brand and style using the correct tone of voice to promote and grow the brand. 

Personal skills and attributes

  • A genuine personal and professional passion for interiors and interior styling.
  • Strong visual presentation skills; the ability to capture and document and communicate ideas
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Hardworking, passionate, team player.
