• Developing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Identifying sourcing opportunities to add value to the business.
• Monitoring procurement performance against key business metrics.
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to streamline processes.
• Overseeing risk management within the procurement process.
• Reporting on procurement and sourcing activities to senior management.
