In this role you will manage a workplan of procurements & be involved in the entire end to end procurement process. Working with departmental service leads, you will identify the requirements, be involved in the research stage and planning stage, go out to tender and lead during the evaluation, moderation and contract award stage.

Description

  • Oversee and manage procurements for goods & services within the organisation
  • Implement strategic procurement processes.
  • Ensure cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws and regulations.
  • Monitor market trends and make recommendations for procurement decisions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement practices within the organisation.

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and planning abilities.

Job Offer

  • £300 - £350 per day (umbrella)
  • Up to 6 months contract
  • Hybrid/Flexible working, remote considered for the right candidate
