We are seeking a highly dedicated Interim People Services Team Leader to guide our enthusiastic Human Resources team in the Technology & Telecoms industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to lead, organise and improve team performance.

Description

  • Lead and manage the Human Resources team effectively.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Profile

A successful Interim People Services Team Leader should have:

  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Strong understanding of labour law and employment equity regulations.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Job Offer

  • Salary range of £36,000 - 38,000 per year.
