Interim Part Time Finance Business Partner

My client, a small Charity with a niche focus supporting vulnerable people in a creative manner, is seeking a Part Time Finance Business Partner for a 12-month FTC maternity cover. This role will be three days per week, offers significant flexibility, with just 1-2 days in the Surrey office per month (with compensated hotel/travel expenses in most cases).

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-level financial analysis and support to Director and Head Of level budget holders in Fundraising and Programmes.
• Using strong Excel skills to analyse income data and create and use financial models
• Ensuring the Fundraising CRM system hosts quality data, enabling creative fundraising outreach programmes and accurate reporting on patient performance information.

To be considered, candidates should have:

• Ideally a full qualification, but those with part qualifications, level 4 AAT, or QBE should still be encouraged to apply if they have the required experience
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering with Fundraising teams, and ideally experience using a Fundraising CRM.
• Strong Excel skills, preferably at an advanced level.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship building skills.
