Hiring an Interim MLRO (SMF16/17) talent for a well-known brokerage firm. This position reports to the Compliance Director and is a 6-month FTC. 

Responsibilities: 

  • hold the smf16/17 functions.
  • oversee the implementation of robust AML policies, procedures, and controls.
  • conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential money laundering risks.
  • oversee market surveillance & transaction reporting (MIFID II / EMIR)
  • lead a team of 2.

Requirements: 

  • have 10 + years experiences in financial crime compliance within financial services, held (SMF16/17) functions before
