About the client

MRG Interim Executives are recruiting an Interim Lead Repairs Consultant for a housing association in Bedfordshire.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the leadership of all aspects of this housing associations DLO including operations, delivery, performance, technical repairs and maintenance, management of voids and budgets
  • Lead on stakeholder engagement
  • Provide oversight for the procurement of contractors

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience running a DLO within a housing setting
  • Able to start at short notice
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Recognised building qualification or working towards
