A HR Advisor is sought to join a leading industrial and manufacturing company based in Ellesmere Port for a 15 month FTC. The role entails providing support across a range of HR functions, driving employee engagement and contributing to organisational success.

Description

  • Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues
  • Implement HR policies and procedures

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in a similar HR role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a variety of HR functions
