Description
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all tenants' needs are met.
- Handle tenant applications and monitor housing allocations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
- Liaise with social services and other organisations to assist tenants.
- Respond to and resolve any housing-related issues or complaints.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on property management activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant housing legislations and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of housing strategies.
Profile
A successful Housing Officer should have:
- A degree in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislations and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
