Description

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all tenants' needs are met.
  • Handle tenant applications and monitor housing allocations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Liaise with social services and other organisations to assist tenants.
  • Respond to and resolve any housing-related issues or complaints.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on property management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant housing legislations and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of housing strategies.

Profile

A successful Housing Officer should have:

  • A degree in property management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislations and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
