This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the property department in a variety of housing related tasks.

Description

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties
  • Conduct property inspections and identify any issues
  • Liaise with tenants regarding property-related queries
  • Ensure compliance with housing legislation and policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures

Profile

A successful Housing Officer should have:

  • A solid understanding of housing legislation and policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
