Interim Head of IT

Morgan Hunt is collaborating with a prominent and wellknown organisation to seek out an exceptional Interim Head of IT Operations.

This pivotal leadership position within the IT department is instrumental in steering the delivery of robust IT infrastructure and operations, essential for supporting business capabilities and services. Reporting directly to the Director of IT, the incumbent will spearhead a dynamic team of 8, with a primary focus on strategic alignment, operational excellence, and transformative leadership during a period of significant change.

Key Details:

• Location: Birmingham office (minimum of 3 days per week)
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Compensation: £420 per day Umbrella (flexibility may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications)

Experience Required:

• Demonstrated experience in managing teams of more than 6 individuals
• Proficiency in Cloud/Azure technologies
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Solid technical background
• Comprehensive understanding of IT architecture
