A luxury real estate business creating professional office spaces. This is a rapidly expanding business with centres all around the UK.
The Role
- Support with the review of the quarterly management accounts and preparing the quarterly landlord presentations.
- Articulate the current and future performance for each centre and identify improvements to the way financial information is reported.
- Support the CFO with board reporting and identifying KPI's.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to make sure the forecasts are accurate.
- Responsible for modelling new real estate opportunities.
- This role will be managing the Assistant Finance Analyst.
The Successful Candidate
- This person will be part/fully qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- Immediately available and able to hit the ground running
- They will have experience as an FP&A Manager
- Power BI experience would be extremely beneficial
- Must have experience working in a multi-site business.
- Ideally previous experience in real estate or a keen interest in the sector.
What's on offer?
- Daily rate of £400 - £425 per day (inside IR35, via umbrella company)
- A hybrid working model - 3 days per week in the London office
- Immediate start
- 3 - 6 month contract
