Robertson Bell are recruiting an Interim Finance Business Partnering Manager for a three to six month contract. The role manages a small team and joins the organisation as they go on a journey of commercialisation and betterment.

The main responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partnering Manager will be:

  • Ensure the production of high quality management accounts.
  • Review the current Month End process and make improvements where appropriate.
  • Take a lead on Finance Business Partnering, acting as a critical friend to budget holders and aiding them in thinking more commercially.
  • Train non-finance colleagues in finance, with a view of getting the organisation more financial savvy.
  • Manage a team of management accountant and business partners.

The  Interim Finance Business Partnering Manager position will be for a minimum of three to six months and will be hybrid working, a minimum of two days per week in the office. The post has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previously led/ managed a management accounting or business partnering team.
  • Be immediately available or on a short notice period.
  • Have excellent communication skills and have the ability to train both finance and non-finance staff.
  • Be excited to work in an organisation that has ambitions to be better and offer a higher quality service to it’s internal stakeholders.
