Interim Commercial Solicitor

We are delighted to be supporting an organisation based in the East Midlands as they look to hire an Interim Legal Counsel for a 6 month assignment. Reporting into the Head of Legal you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to the organisation during a period of transition.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide timely and strategic legal advice to various departments within the organisation.
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements and legal documents such as: sale of goods and services, procurement, technology, data protection and more.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Supporting on project work where required.

Experience required:

We are looking to speak with qualified Commercial Solicitors and prior in-house experience would be desirable. You will have demonstrable experience in contract drafting and negotiating and be able to start a new role within the next 2 weeks. The business are happy to look at individuals working 100% remote.
