Integration Tech Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Technical Integration – 6 months contract – Hybrid/Birmingham

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Integration Business Analyst with extensive experience in integration tools such as Boomi or similar. The ideal candidate will also possess hands-on experience with ERP or CRM platforms like Netsuite and Salesforce or similar. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design integration solutions, and implement them effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for integration projects.
• Design robust and scalable integration solutions using tools such as Boomi, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, and others based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, data mappings, and process flows.
• Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Integration Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in integration tools such as Boomi, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, SnapLogic, Tibco, Workato, Azure, AWS Glue, Talend, Syvia, SAP, Software AG, or Celigo.
• Solid understanding of Data Mapping
• Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM platforms, preferably Netsuite and Salesforce.
• Hands on experience in integration testing
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).

The Technical Integration Business Analyst would require 1 day per week on site in Birmingham
