Integration Manager

An exciting opportunity is now available at University Hospitals Plymouth for x2 Integration Manager posts (at 8a subject to banding confirmation). These posts will be fixed term contracts for 24 months and, the successful candidates will play a key role in delivery and implementation of an integrated care partnership between University Hospitals Plymouth and Livewell South West. This partnership will see adult acute, community, physical, mental health and social care delivered under a partnership approach.

Working to the Integrated Programme Director the post holders will support the strategic and operational direction of all programme workstreams, to engage, develop and deliver integrated transformation plans.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience of successful management of a complex programme of work and development of strategic plans working in a complex environment of change.

The ability to communicate and develop strong and credible relationships with senior clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at all levels will be essential.
