Our Top international client is renowned for their dominance in the Insurance sector and following another successful year, are looking to recruit a number of talented litigation lawyers from NQ through to Senior Associate to join their top directory ranked Insurance Litigation team in Bristol.

Your new role
You will be joining a highly regarded team that provides the full spectrum of litigation support to household name clients in the insurance sector.
As an Insurance Litigation lawyer, you will have the opportunity to consider working for a number of differing teams handling a challenging caseload of high-value defendant insurance litigation work. This would include the full raft of professional negligence work, including claims against property managers, planning consultants, insurance brokers, insolvency practitioners, accountants, directors and officers, valuers and surveyors, solicitors and other professional advisors.
You will be acting as first point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, providing them with commercially focused legal advice. You will be responsible for handling a varied workload in accordance with client protocols and with an appropriate level of supervision. For more experienced litigators, you will have the opportunity, should you want it, of supervising juniors in the team or developing and managing key client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced litigation lawyer with an excellent track record of litigation experience. This may be in the realm of Professional Indemnity, however broader Commercial Litigation and Civil Litigation experience will also be considered. You will possess excellent relationship and client handling skills. You will also be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day-to-day issues. You will enjoy being a key team player by supporting members of the team.
