Aspects are pleased to working alongside a service provider to the insurance industry, a leader in their field. Due to consistent growth they are looking to appoint a new claims handler to the team.

The key purpose of this role is to continually achieve customer and client satisfaction through excellent claims administration for all technical claims and taking responsibility for the day to day claims support and processing for all high value or complex claims. You will ensure that there is excellent communication with internal and external contacts and that all policies and procedures are adhered to.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous working experience within the insurance industry in a customer focused role. Full training will be provided to allow you to gain additional knowledge of claims handling processes.
