What the day will look like

As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will be responsible for processing claims & resolving queries on behalf of your clients with the primary objective of gaining agreement & settlement from underwriters as efficiently as possible.

As you develop your career, you’ll be fully supported to take ownership of your own portfolio of clients and engage with a network of contacts to deliver an unrivalled client service on a global scale.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with previous office experience or an insurance background with the following skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
