Atkinson Moss are delighted to be working with high performing local Insurance business in their search for a new addition to their Claims Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a focused individual to work within a claims analytics role, where you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective claims handling service to many UK leading Insurers. This is not a call-centre environment.
Our client pride themselves on their innovative solutions and market leading technology and seek forward thinking individuals to cover the following duties;
- To process claims efficiently in order to minimise the financial impact to our customers
- Maintain a high standard of quality on work produced in order to meet both internal and external audit requirements
- Review all available information to make an informed decision on liability and indemnity
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Correspond with all relevant parties effectively
- Identify any possible fraud concerns
- Proactively manage the Claimant’s losses to reduce cost exposure
- Work with the Team Manager to identify improvement opportunities
- Report settlement outcomes when required
- Work with and support the team with any initiatives the business is working towards
The ideal candidate will possess existing experience in the insurance sector (ideally with CLAIMS/LIABILITIES experience), however applicants with identifiable transferable skills will also be considered. Key personal attributes for the role are as follows;

Salary will be dependent on relevant experience, c£16,500 - £20,000 per annum.
