Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum (Pro Rata) Plus benefits package flexible, depending on hours and experience

Job Type: Part-time, 20-35 hours per week

Hours: Minimum of 3 days a week required to include Thursday & Friday but flexibility including occasional working from home possible. 

The Role

A fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years General Insurance experience has arisen to join a long established and client focused truly independent insurance broker. Working as part of a small friendly established team, offers the opportunity for a flexible, varied and satisfying role, where individual achievement will be recognised and rewarded.

The role will involve looking after a wide range of existing Personal clients, including Mid/High net worth home insurance policies. In addition providing support with Claims, MID and other policy administration tasks.

Priding themselves on prioritising exceptional customer service with no sales targets, emphasis is purely on building enduring relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience of Private Car & Home Insurance is essential.
  • Knowledge of Fleet and Property Owners policies would be beneficial but not essential.
  • A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
  • Experience of Open GI system is an advantage.
