Essential Credentials:

• Industry Experience: Solid track record in a fast-moving, global Insurance environment.
• Know Your Stuff: Strong grasp of insurance principles, either through experience or qualifications like CII or IRM.
• Influence Wielder: You can hold your own and influence decisions at every level.
