Your new role:
- Develop, implement, and maintain data protection and information security policies, procedures, and controls
- Lead security audits and ensure compliance with regulations including GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
- Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices and regulatory obligations
- Investigate and respond to privacy breaches and security incidents
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure hardware/software security
- Advise leadership on emerging privacy and data security regulations and obligations
What you\'ll need to succeed:
- Significant experience in data protection & information security
- in-depth knowledge of data protection regulations especially GDPR
- Hands-on experience with security frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2
- Ability to communicate security policies and procedures effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
