My client based in Redditch are expanding and have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Industrial Cleaner (Ovens)

About the Company:

They are a well-established, successful company with just over 20 full-time staff. The company has been organically expanding over the years, with a current turnover of £6 million a year

About the Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar workshop or industrial style cleaning
  • Experience in maintenance or mechanical role is preferred
  • Driving licence is essential
  • You will be working with a small team and must be a confident communicator
  • The ability to perform physical manual labour
  • And most importantly, they are looking for somebody reliable, friendly who's happy to get stuck in!

The Role of an Industrial Cleaner (Ovens)

  • Visiting stores and assisting stripping ovens down to the main components
  • Replace parts with pre-cleaned part
  • Internal clean of oven and reassemble
  • Cleaning of parts/ units in warehouse - dismantling and reassemble of parts
  • When on site you will buddying up with a lead operative

Days /Nights /Hours /Pay for an Industrial Cleaner

  • Working hours are Monday - Friday - 48 hour week ( includes travelling time)
  • Week 1= Monday & Wednesday night 5pm start - 1am +Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Night (Overnight Oven Cleans) 7pm - Finish 6am
  • Week 2 = Monday to Friday Days 730/8 - 5/5.30pm
  • Circa £40K per annum , includes overnight rate + Bonus + Overtime

This role would suit somebody with experience in industrial cleaning looking for a long-term and secure role for a company they will be proud to work for.
