You will inherit a high-quality client base, from a retiring Financial Adviser, situated in the vibrant Maidstone area. There is a fast-track career development program in place and the opportunity to progress to a board-level member of staff within 2-3 years.

Experience and Skills:

• Hold a Level 4 Diploma or Chartered Financial Advice status.
• Demonstrates robust product and technical acumen.
• Boasts a strong business and professional network to drive client acquisition and retention.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to forge genuine connections with clients.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive £50,000 basic salary with a transparent bonus and benefits structure, offering unlimited earning potential. Expect a realistic bonus of circa £25,000 in the first year.
