We are looking for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude who enjoys speaking with customers. You may be looking to start in Telesales as a career, or already have experience as a Telesales Executive or Sales Advisor. Your role as Inbound Telesales Advisor with us at phs Group:
  • You’ll receive calls from business customers interested in our products and services. Your aim is to turn these enquiries into sales by matching the best products for their needs.
  • Ask questions to establish the customer’s need. Demonstrate the features, advantages, and benefits of the products that will genuinely benefit their business, and then agree the sale.
  • There is demand for our products, so you may be speaking with about 40 customers a day via phone or web-chat.
  • First impressions last. How you interact with customers using us for the first time is vital in retaining their business for many years.
  • Focusing on the quality of the sale. You’ll follow up with customers and close sales over the phone, liaising with our field sales teams so they can visit clients.
  • Your suggestions for improvement are welcome - if you see a more efficient way of doing something, tell us! You’ll be helping us keep the customer at the heart of what we do.

The ideal candidate for an Inbound Telesales Advisor at phs Group:
  • You don’t need Telesales experience. Many of our team have come from Customer Service backgrounds – it’s all about the quality of the conversations. You’ll identify products or services that would benefit the customer and explain how they’ll benefit their business.
  • What want someone with a positive attitude who can demonstrate loyalty to an employer. We’ll invest time and support into your career here with us.
  • You need to be polite, friendly, articulate, and concise when needed.
  • You’ll need to be computer literate – many of our customers speak with us via live web-chat. Microsoft Office experience is required, knowledge of Sales Force would be advantageous.
  • We also need someone who can pick up on information quickly. There are products and systems training to learn, so we can help our customers efficiently.
  • NOTE: We have specialist training that requires 1-2 weeks induction at our Tamworth office
