This is an inbound customer service role taking inbound calls only as well as tasks to be completed on the system. No outbound calls and intensive training programme included.
My client is within the public sector based in central Bristol.
The main duties of this inbound customer service role is dealing with queries from parties within the larger organisation by phone and email. Excellent communication skills are key and always with a professional attitude.
The candidate should have previously worked within a call centre environment and:
- Be calm under pressure
- Have a positive attitude
- Be able to deal with queries confidently (once full training has been provided)
- Be able to retain information from calls easily and relay them clearly
