Inbound Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Service focused candidates to join a fantastic, long standing and friendly company in the centre of Brighton who offer development and training as well as a great atmosphere.

If you have customer service experience in either an office, call centre, hospitality or retail environment and are looking for an opportunity to work with a professional company offering long term growth then this is the role for you.

Duties include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Receiving inbound calls in a call centre environment
  • Work as part of a team to ensure incoming customer calls are handled to the highest quality levels
  • Completing associated Admin tasks
  • Learning company products and services and undertaking internal development and training

The hours are on a rota between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday and you’ll work every other Saturday morning with Saturday hours given back to you in the week.

The salary is £17,250 plus great benefits and progression.
