This role is to be responsible for the administration and management of Customer orders from client Companies. The role will ensure that orders are placed correctly, Import/Export procedures tracks and great customer service is delivered.

Description

The ideal Import / Export coordinator will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Customer account management
  • Placing customer orders, ensuring they are accurate and align with End of Line rules.
  • Tracking customer orders, identifyig and resolving errors
  • Shipping process management
  • Communication across customers and team members internally and externally
  • Price accuracy and price records are updated
  • Processing invoices and shipping documentation
  • Commute to Manchester

Profile

The Ideal Import/Export Coordinator will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Heavy experience across customer service within the logistics sector
  • Experience across Import/Export Freight
  • Collaborative individual who can work in a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability across the market
  • Taking initiative
  • Commute to Manchester
