Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle sea freight import operations from start to finish
• Coordinate with shipping lines, transport companies, and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Manage all necessary documentation for customs and compliance purposes
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise during the import process

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience in sea freight or import operations
• Strong understanding of import regulations and documentation
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in industry-standard software and Microsoft Office Suite
