This remote based, operational role as IFA Novations Administrator is ideal for individuals experienced within IFA firms and keen to join a growing company which has exciting plans ahead!

In your role as IFA Novations Administrator, you will be focused on supporting the successful integration and novation of businesses as part of their current and future acquisitions. As such your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure business is accurately novated in a timely manner
  • Arrange provider access for their Financial Advisers and teams
  • Ensure they have access and ability to obtain information and valuations
  • Provide ongoing operational support as part of the firm integrations
  • Ensure the onboarding journey is compliant, seamless and minimises any commercial downtime when businesses / Financial Advisers join the group
  • Provide guidance on the use of their CRM systems

The team you will be joining have a lot of work on for novations at the moment and this will grow as they adopt more businesses into the group. They are looking for an individual capable of leading by example, with a forward thinking, innovative approach to find new solutions and improved ways of working.

The business has a strong focus on allowing their individuals to grow and develop and would openly support your progression. Due to their growing scale and people focus, they are open minded to support your development into whichever area you desire, whether that is into paraplanning, advice, compliance, management etc.

IFA Novations Administrator Requirements

  • You should have experience as an Administrator within a financial planning firm
  • You should have experience of using technology to assist reaching business goals
  • Individuals with experience of onboarding / integrating IFA acquisitions would be highly advantageous
  • You should be motivated by the prospect of joining a growing business and the exciting change this brings

IFA Novations Administrator Benefits

  • Salary of £28,000
  • Plus company benefits including 4x DIS, PMI, Group Income Protection, Employee Assistance programme, medicash, 5% pension (company matched up to 10%), discretionary bonus of 10% and 24 days holiday + bank holidays, rising up to 30 days
  • Remote based with 10% travel required
  • 37.5 hours per week
