This role is best suited to those with IFA Administration experience who are looking to join a supportive and expanding team. The company are offering a salary of up to £30,000 dependant on experience with discretionary bonus and exam support. Within the role there is progression potential to assist with Paraplanning duties.
The Business
The business is a well-established Financial Services firm who have been in operation for over 10 years with several advisors working within the Essex area. The firm have plans to expand the business in the coming years and are looking to grow the team. They also have links with a large accountancy practice.
The Role
You will be providing administrative support for the advisors and paraplanners within the firm. This includes processing new business, liaising with clients and providers, updating the back office accurately, preparing client review reports, valuations, and illustrations. You may then have the chance to undertake in assisting with suitability reports, research, analysis, and product comparisons where required.
