ICT Sales Leader

An exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT sales leader with strong experience within sales in IT managed services. In the role you would be primarily leading the ICT sales department and overseeing the activities of the sales manager as well as the junior and senior professionals while monitoring performance.

Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
* Communicating the businesses KPI's and targets to sales personnel on a regular basis
* Analysing consumer and market behaviour and subsequently defines data-driven action plans
* Providing leadership over the ICT sales department and its people, developing sales and recruitment targets for the department
* Managing the departmental calendar regarding launches, promotions and campaign activities to maximise sales opportunities
* Implement sales strategy that the further department's agenda
* Utilises analytic tools to look into sales performance to identify weaknesses and areas of opportunity for the sales management team
* Manage key relationships and build strong relationships with external partners and consumers

To be successful in the position, you will likely be:
* 10 years working in a sales role within IT managed services
* Proven ability to successfully lead a group of sales personnel
* Exceptional leadership and confidence
* Exceptional communication skills with excellent written and verbal form
* Work well under pressure of stringent deadlines and inspire the same in her team
