This company, a high-profile Cambridge technology business, design highly complex IC's (from specification and architecture through to production test).

Due to expansion, they currently require an IC Development Engineer to join their R&D team in Cambridge.

This is a fantastic job opportunity to join this world class IC Design team, designing and implementing their innovative products which combine their cutting edge video, graphics and low latency networking IP.

For the IC Development Engineer vacancy, of particular interest are candidates with experience of any of the following:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the tech industry is preferable
  • Degree in computer science/electronic engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the world of FPGA/ASIC design and verification
  • Expert in the use of Xilinx FPGA development tools
  • Good knowledge of industry-standard interface technology (I2C, SPI, USB, AMBA etc)
  • Strong Verilog and Python language skills
