Pearson Carter are working with a legal software solutions company that are committed to delivering innovative products that simplify complex legal challenges. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to join their engineering team and aid the procurement of technical solutions and embrace transformative change.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape the team's direction and strategy.
• Supporting and driving the engineering and product strategy with the help of your team.
• Enabling the engineering team to achieve high levels of quality, performance, and reliability.
• Teaching, mentoring, coaching and being a role model for engineers and other engineering managers.
• Creating a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture focused on predictability, speed, and customer value.
• Helping to shape and evolve the engineering culture by contributing to company-wide engineering initiatives.

Experience

• Hands-on experience with product management principles and practices.
• Experience with Python, Django, Typescript, and React.
• Ability to lead engineering teams that deliver high-impact work consistently and quickly.
• System design expertise and ability to critique architecture systems.
• Experience developing and supporting a team of engineers in their personal growth and career progression.
• A track record of partnering with product and design leadership to deliver great outcomes.
• Demonstrated impact in a similar technical leadership role.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Salary

They offer a great salary up to €110,000 pa.

Location

This company has an office based in Dublin where you will be expected onsite at least 1-2 times a week (Flexitime).
