Are you a teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to work in a long-term, full-time role teaching Humanities for a Secondary School in Grimsby? We are collaborating with a school that values pupil's education and upholds high expectations when it comes to student achievement, behavioural policies, and safeguarding policies.

The roles and responsibilities of the position include:

  • Plan, prepare, and teach high-quality lessons to engage pupils with Humanities, encouraging participation/discussion.
  • Adapt to different learning styles within the classroom to ensure all students are included and can contribute to the lesson.
  • Follow safeguarding and behavioural policies set by the school.
  • Collaborate with other members of staff and contribute to the team.

During your time at Tradewind Recruitment, we will support you with CPD training through the National College, access to other opportunities after your placement, and competitive rates.

The role can be paid to scale; therefore, you will be paid a rate between £153.85 - £211.96 per day.

To pass our recruitment process, you must have the following:

  • QTS and a qualification in a Humanities Subject or the equivalent.
  • Experience working in a school.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Satisfactory References
  • Enhanced DBS on the UDS or willing to undertake one.
