Human Resources Director Pharma

Global pharmaceutical firm recognised for their expertise in R&D. An established firm, with an excellent reputation and a successful international track record.

Joining the UK subsidiary of this pharmaceutical firm, you will report to the UK-based Managing Director and have a dotted line into the Global HRD, based overseas. You will take the lead on all people initiatives for the UK, as well as support global people-based programmes. Working in an SME environment, you will balance strategic initiatives and partner with leadership as well do the 'day to day' HR.

The successful HRD will ideally have a track record of delivering in a pharma or biomedical environment, but healthcare will also be considered. Any experience of working in a subsidiary will be well received, as opposed to 'HQ' experience. A proven track record in delivering in HR leadership roles is essential, as are good academics.

£80,000 - £100,000 with co. benefits and 3 days pw in the office.
