Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator sits within the Human Resources department and may also be required to communicate with the Finance/Account and Payroll departments on a regular basis. He/she is responsible to provide a robust administrative support to the Human Resources Department daily operations: personal administration, benefits, payroll, employee relations, etc. He/she mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the HR department and applicable legislations.


  • Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle including procedures in offices in Europe, Asia and Middle East
  • Advise basic HR related matters and issues whilst being a member of the HR mailing distribution lists
  • Administer and process employee’s on-boarding and termination
  • Administer relevant training programs (HR Induction etc.)
  • Handle employee/manager’s queries in line with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Administer performance evaluation programs
  • Administer Company policies and procedures in compliance with country regulations
  • Administer the localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Administer employees’ relocations and transfers processes
  • Ensure employee data are kept updated on the HRIS (e.g. ADP) and produces relevant reports
  • Educate employees with HRIS usage
  • Assist with audits for compliance purposes
  • Provide administrative support to various benefits plans in international locations
  • Coordinate the communication between the payroll department and the benefit providers
  • Support employee relations procedures e.g. grievances and disciplinaries. This could involve arranging meetings and taking notes.
  • Perform operational support to the HR Departments in different locations
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor

Required skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Additional EU language (French, Polish)
  • General knowledge and understanding of employment regulations
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
  • Working knowledge with a HRIS
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed

Required experience

  • 2 years of direct Human Resources experience
  • Prior experience of working with HRIS Software (ADP)
