HSE Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group working with a market leading manufacturer that are currently seeking an ambitious HSE Advisor to join their team near Bolton.

Our client is looking for an HSE Advisor who has a genuine passion and enthusiasm to promote a positive safety culture.

Other responsibilities of the HSE Advisor include:

• Ensure a safe working environment has been established
• Provide guidance and assistance with legislation to ensure the site is compliant
• Support the completion of Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all hazards are identified and suitable controls have been implemented
• Be actively involved in improving the HSE KPIs and provide assistance to achieve agreed objectives and initiatives
• Support Safety training and development for all workers 
• Effective communication of HSE to the workforce and participation in improvement initiatives with safety champions

We would be keen to speak with HSE Advisors who have the following skills:

• Proven experience of working in HSE within a manufacturing environment
• NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum (diploma desired)
• Knowledge and experience of working ISO standards
