We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a client for a 6 month FTC to complete a change management project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management, project management, and partnering with executives and will be able to start immediately, although a short notice can be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Complex change and consultations
  • Employee engagement
  • Performance management
  • Skills gap analysis
  • Succession planning

Skills/Attributes:

  • Experience in HR, with a focus on change management and project management
  • Involvement in diversity and inclusion projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
