We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client in Newport, NP10 9SA as HR support to help with absence management activity.
**2 positions available!**
Your pay rate as a full time HR Support:
You will be paid £11.84 per hour
Typical working hours as a full time HR Support:
- You will be working Monday to Friday
- Must be available for both days and nights £11.84 per hour
- 40 hrs weekly
- Initially for a 4 week period
Your role as a HR Support:
- Supporting absence management process
- Reviewing workers records
- Arranging, facilitating or conducting investigations
- Note taking
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- HR or management experience
- Excellent communication skills / difficult conversations experience
- Excellent written skills (meeting notes etc)
- Ideally prior experience of absence or similar meetings
- Ability to work on own initiative once initial guidance given
