My client based in Altrincham is looking for a permanent HR & Recruitment Assistant to join their team.
The company are willing to consider both candidates seeking full time and part time positions.
This is an exciting time to join the company as they are in the process of expansion. Although the role is to cover HR it is very much recruitment biased.
This role is paying a salary of up to £20,000 per annum .
As HR & Recruitment Assistant, you will responsible for the following:
- Candidate sourcing;
- Supporting the overall recruitment process;
- Liaising with Recruitment agencies;
- Creating and updating a database;
- Supporting the shortlisting process;
- Coordinating interviews;
- Devising offer packs;
- First point of contact for HR related queries
- Manging the HR system and ensuring records are kept up to date;
- General administrative tasks.
The successful candidate should have 12 months demonstrable experience within a similar role and ideally have access to their own vehicle although this is not essential as there are public transport routes.
