Part time - flexible with 3 longer or 4 shorter days

24000 - 27000 per annum FTE DOE
6 month FTC - potential of permanent role thereafter

Are you an experienced administrator with experience of working in a busy HR or recruitment department? Keep reading!

I am working with a well established business on the outskirts of Maldon who are looking for an immediately available HR and Recruitment Administrator to join the HR function.

As the HR Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support the HR team across a group of businesses with HR and recruitment admin
- Pre-screening, on-boarding and communicating with potential candidates
- Log all candidate information and updates on the internal system
- Assist in drafting letters for candidates
- Assist with wider HR and recruitment projects across the business

As the HR Recruitment Administrator, you will have the following:
- Administration experience ideally within HR and recruitment functions
- Great attention to detail when issuing or working with documents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal across line managers and senior stakeholders
- Open to fixed term contract with potential of a permanent role
- Available immediately or short notice
