As HR Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives and operations across the fund's global offices. This is a generalist position with an operational remit, suitable for someone familiar with working in financial/ professional services. What the job involves

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of HRIS (Workday) and other CRM
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems by regularly updating employee records and information
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to optimize HR operations
  • Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Prepare regular reports and analytics on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making
  • Manage the employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely completion of HR-related tasks
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrolment, eligibility verification, and vendor management
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in resolving issues as needed
  • Oversee immigration and global mobility processes
Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR or a related role, preferably in the financial services or professional services industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS platforms
