HR Manager required on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract based on site, in Northamptonshire
 
Salary £55,000 DOE
 
As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, and providing a positive employee experience. This role is key in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving initiatives to enhance the organisation.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Provide day-to-day operational support to the HR team, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee relations
·Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and alignment with the organisation
·Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, working to resolve issues in a timely and fair manner
·Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives
·Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems
·Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensuring organisational compliance
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives, promote a positive work culture, and drive success
·Prepare HR reports and analytics to track key HR metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
 
This role will require a HR professional with previous management experience and the ability to support on all aspects of HR as and when required by the team.
