My client based in Cranbrook are looking to recruit a HR Learning and Development Officer to play a vital part in the development and growth of this business.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the ideal candidate will have a good background in a similar role, with a wealth of all-round experience within a small HR function. This post holder will be the first line of contact for all aspects of learning and experience enquiries and will support the HR Manager with key projects, being an integral part of the HR team.

Applicants will be required to have experience in a similar hands-on role, with strong IT skills. This is an excellent chance to join a successful growing business where you can have a definite impact on the company.
