My market leading Oxfordshire based Client is urgently recruiting for a highly strategic and experienced HR professional to join their team as a Strategic HR Lead. This role is crucial in shaping their HR strategies and initiatives to enhance benefits and rewards, optimise workforce data strategy, improve employee experience, and leverage data analytics in HR decision-making.

The role will be very project focused and the chosen Candidate will be responsible for the following;

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance benefits and rewards programs, ensuring they align with organisational goals and employee needs.

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive workforce data strategy, including data collection, analysis, and utilisation to drive HR decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs aimed at improving employee experience and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.

Utilise data analytics and metrics to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to benefits, rewards, workforce data, employee experience, and data analytics in HR.

Provide guidance and support to HR teams and leadership on strategic HR initiatives and projects.

The right Candidate for this role, will have proven experience in strategic HR roles with a focus on benefits and rewards enhancement, workforce data strategy, employee experience improvement, and data analytics.

Strong understanding of benefits and rewards programs, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.

Proficiency in workforce data management, analysis, and visualisation tools.

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
