We're looking for a dedicated HR Field Operations Partner to oversee the human resources operations in our Chesterfield and Bradford manufacturing sites with approx 260 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Description
- Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws
- Overseeing recruitment and selection processes
- Supporting business needs through the development of HR policies
- Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives
- Creating and analysing reports relating to HR metrics
- Maintaining employee records and HR documents
Profile
A successful HR Field Operations should have:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in an HR role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
